FFVII, FFVIII and FFIX are all great games. And none of you should listen to what other people say about the FF's (be it good or bad), it just ruins the experience with spoilers, and it will often overhype it for you.
Grandia 2 wasnt overhyped, and that made it such a gem to play, it was a great and original rpg that was untouched by the masses. Thats how FF should be every time a new one is released, you'll appreciate it more if you dont listen in on the hype. I know i did.

To be honest, FFIX is better than FFVIII. Unfortunately its underrated and not many people bought it.

You know, my favourite was IV.... but I'm just a bit weird. It was my favourite game for a long time...
Once I finish FF10 (has been halted for a couple months because of boring boss-after-boss battles late in the game), maybe I'll try FF8.
I liked the game. At least, it got me hooked a long while.

At least, it had a PC version, A thing FFX or IX don't have...
